This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Lawyer looking to play a key role in a growing disputes practice with strong regional and national recognition. The Role:The successful candidate will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of private client disputes, acting for individuals, executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.
Matters will include:Challenges to the validity of wills, including issues of capacity and undue influenceDisputes involving executors and trustees, including breach of duty and maladministrationInheritance Act claimsEstate administration disputesProprietary estoppel and “broken promise” claimsProfessional negligence claims arising from will drafting and estate planningAt Partner level, there is scope to contribute to strategic growth, business development, and team leadership.
