Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its London office. The team advises on a broad mix of regulatory, sanctions, and commercial disputes matters, often with an international dimension and a focus on sectors such as trade, transport, and financial services.
The Role This position offers a combination of advisory and contentious work across sanctions and commercial disputes.
Key responsibilities include
Advising on the impact and application of UK, EU, and U.S. sanctions regimes. Supporting investigations, regulatory enquiries, and enforcement-related matters. Assisting clients with compliance frameworks, including due diligence and risk mitigation.
Acting on a range of commercial disputes, including contractual and trade-related claims. Drafting agreements and advising on risk allocation in commercial and financing contexts. Supporting litigation, arbitration, and settlement processes across multiple jurisdictions. Candidate Profile England
