Senior Authorised Person £100 per hour - 40-50 hour weeks North Yorkshire 12 month initial contract Are you a Senior Authorised Person looking to for your next contract? Have you got experience working with a variety of DNO's?

Core duties include: Full SAP responsibilities (not just switching), including: HV switching, isolations, earthing, LOTO Permits to Work / Sanctions for Test Safety from the system (incl. SF6 GIS) Review/approval of RAMS, switching programmes, energisation plans Coordination with DNO/ICP, EPC and commissioning teams Grid connection testing (SCADA coordination) and G99 compliance HV troubleshooting (relays, switchgear, protection systems) Essential
requirements
33 kV SAP authorisation (mandatory) with recognised HV switching competency Proven experience under UK HV Safety Rules Authorised by / acceptable to relevant DNOs (e.g. Northern Powergrid, UK Power Networks, National Grid ESO) and able to operate under DNO/ICP/site rules CSCS/ECS, HV medical, HVSAP, First Aid Working knowledge of CDM 2015 Desirable (not essential)
