You will be trusted to manage your region and build long term broker partnerships. The focus here is quality origination rather than short term volume, with close collaboration between sales and underwriting to improve conversion and broker experience.

The business is well funded, delivery focused, and values experienced BDMs who understand deal structuring and broker relationships. Key Responsibilities Build and manage broker relationships across the Midlands region. Originate bridging and commercial term lending opportunities.

Conduct face to face broker meetings and regional market engagement. Act as the primary point of contact for brokers through the deal lifecycle. About You Experience as an external BDM within bridging finance or commercial term lending.
