50000 - 60000 per annumLeeds, EnglandPermanentOur client, a respected consultancy, is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join its growing Water Team on a permanent basis. The role will involve delivering civil engineering design expertise across a diverse portfolio of water and infrastructure projects, working collaboratively with major UK water companies, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the civil engineering discipline on water-sector projects, preferably acting as lead designer where appropriateContribute to optioneering, outline design and detailed design schemes of varying size and complexityDeliver technical and professional work in line with client requirements, relevant standards and quality proceduresPrepare plans and project schedules, monitoring progress to meet deadlines and delivery requirementsLiaise with clients, contractors and other third parties throughout the design and delivery processSupervise, support and delegate work to developing engineers and techniciansReview and approve personal work, team outputs and third-party design proposalsPromote high standards of health, safety, welfare, sustainability and environmental responsibilityJob
Requirements
