The team is expanding and welcomes applications from candidates with strong general commercial property expertise, as well as those bringing specialist knowledge to complement the existing breadth of skills. The RoleYou'll be responsible for leading and managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including: Transactional and non-litigious commercial property workAcquisitions, disposals, and landlord/tenant transactionsDevelopment and investment projectsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsManaging and mentoring junior lawyers within the teamContributing to the growth and development of the departmentThis is a non-litigious team, focused purely on transactional and commercial work.
