This is a permanent, 35-hour per week role based in Milton Keynes, with hybrid working. You will be expected to work full-time from the Milton Keynes office for the first 1-2 weeks to support your induction and training, before moving to the standard hybrid working arrangement. The role As Senior Conduct Lawyer,

you will

Advise Investigation Officers and Regulatory Case Managers on complaints and regulatory matters. Prepare, prosecute and present cases before ICAEW's Disciplinary and Regulatory Committees. Manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to conclusion.

Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice across the Professional Standards Department. Ensure cases progress effectively and within required timescales. About you You will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with: 5+ years' PQE.

Strong advocacy experience. Experience preparing and presenting cases within adversarial proceedings Strong legal analysis, judgement and advisory skills. The ability to manage complex casework independently. What you can expect from us A strong employer pension contribution of 9%.
