Senior Consultant, Transfer Pricing

Overview

In this role you support the UK transfer pricing practice by delivering high-quality TP deliverables, engaging with clients, and helping grow the practice. You will work with senior TP leads to apply OECD principles and UK legislation, conduct economic analyses, and prepare Local/Master Files. The role offers exposure to cross-border financing projects and a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will develop technical expertise and progressively take on larger responsibilities within a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Support growth strategy and contribute to client engagements
• Assist in business development including proposals
• Design and implement transfer pricing policies for international clients
• Conduct functional analyses and prepare Local/Master Files per UK/OECD guidelines
• Support cross-border financing analyses (thin cap, benchmarking)
• Perform economic analyses using TP databases
• Manage day-to-day client communications
• Draft clear technical reports and documentation

Key requirements

• ACA-qualified or equivalent professional certification
• Strong understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD principles
• Exposure to thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing (advantageous)
• Experience using transfer pricing databases for benchmarking/analysis
