Senior Consultant - Transformational Procurement

Overview

In this role you will lead transformational procurement workstreams for global clients, shaping target operating models and sustainable strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with digital ambitions and ESG goals, delivering cost transformation and efficiency improvements. You’ll help advance our Transformational Procurement proposition and drive market-leading outcomes for large brands. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client-facing procurement transformation workstreams
• Design and implement future-oriented procurement target operating models
• Develop and execute sustainable procurement strategies aligned with ESG goals
• Drive cost savings and operational efficiencies through procurement strategies
• Support development of Transformational Procurement propositions and market thought leadership
• Contribute to client proposals and market-facing collateral

• Strong procurement and supply chain knowledge
• Established workstream and project management skills
• People management and mentoring abilities
• Solid research, evaluation and analysis capabilities
• Storyboard and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong IT and digital skills with interest in tools, systems and data
• Experience with procurement and supply chain intelligence and innovation

• IT/digital skills and familiarity with procurement tools and data
