This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role within a collaborative, ambitious environment, advising a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to established companies, on complex corporate and commercial matters.

The RoleThis Cheltenham-based role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of work, including: Mergers & acquisitions Investment and shareholder agreements Joint ventures and corporate reorganisations EMI options and commercial contracts LLPs, partnerships, and articles of associationYou'll work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver strategic, practical advice, while also contributing to business development and team growth.

Candidate Requirements 6-9 or 10+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law Strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of commercial contracts Solid understanding of risk, compliance, and governance Experience advising on LLPs, partnerships, and corporate structures Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approachWorking ArrangementsThis is a full-time role based in Cheltenham, with hybrid working supported.
