ResponsibilitiesWorking with colleagues locally and nationally for a wide range of clients including public and private UK and International companies and their ownersDealing with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt funding and general corporate structuring workMentoring junior members of the team whilst working closely with the Birmingham partner on strategic initiatives and thought leadershipInvolvement in business development activities, building client relationships and helping to grow the practiceAbout you5 years'+ PQE in corporate lawYou will have played a lead role in some transactions and acted as the principal assistant on other more complex onesSolid foundation in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
