p We’re looking for a Senior CRM Engagement Manager to join a growing technology business, leading customer-facing CRM projects and a team of delivery professionals. /p p br /p p This is a strategic and hands-on role, focused on understanding customer challenges, developing CRM roadmaps and leading projects through to successful delivery with Implementation Consultants who will do the technical configuration. /p p br /p p strong
Key responsibilities
/strong /p ul li Lead complex, end-to-end CRM projects /li li Engage with C-suite and senior customer stakeholders /li li Identify CRM problems and develop practical solutions/roadmaps /li li Manage and develop a team of Engagement Managers and specialists /li li Oversee project scope, budgets, timelines, risks and delivery /li li Drive CRM optimisation, data quality and process improvements /li /ul p br /p p strong
About you
/strong /p ul li 7+ years’ CRM project management/consulting experience /li li Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics or similar CRM platforms /li li Strong strategic, commercial and problem-solving skills /li li Proven team leadership experience /li li Confident working with senior stakeholders /li li Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project experience /li /ul p br /p p strong Permanent position /strong /p p strong Reading based office, 3x days office-based, 2x days remote working per week /strong /p p strong Salary up to £90,000 + benefits /strong /p p br /p p em We are an equal opportunity recruitment company.
