Job Description An innovative individual with strong analytical skills is sought by this growing mid-sized law firm to join its team in London. You will be providing support to the marketing and business development team, and the partnership on digital marketing systems – InterAction and Vuture.
The Senior CRM Executive will involve: Responsibility for driving the firm’s CRM InterAction use on a day-to-day basis working with partners; Working with the business to make sure this meets the needs of the business; Responsibility for the data – cleansing and improving data quality; Working on large-scale projects such as upgrades and integrations; CRM reporting and analysis; Advising on InterAction best practice; Overall responsibility for developing training programmes This firm is looking for a candidate with relevant experience in a fast-paced legal or professional services environment.
