What You'll Be DoingDesign and maintain enterprise Power BI solutions: semantic models, reports, dashboardsBuild scalable data models (star schema, Kimball methodology) and advanced DAX measuresUse Power Query (M) for data transformationOptimise report/dataset performance and manage deployment across environmentsImplement governance standards (naming conventions, documentation, RLS)Validate data via SQL and translate business requirements into BI solutions across Finance, HR, R&D and other teamsWhat You'll Bring5+ years in Data Analytics / BI, with proven Power BI delivery in productionAdvanced Power BI (data modelling, DAX) and advanced SQLExperience with enterprise data warehouses, medallion architecture, Kimball methodologyStrong grasp of BI performance optimisationMicrosoft Fabric familiarity (Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsGood to HaveAzure/AWS/GCP experiencePower BI deployment pipelines and governance experiencePython/R scriptingPower BI or Fabric certificationsWhat's on OfferPrivate Medical Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Life InsurancePension with 9% employer contributionSponsored professional developmentStrong collaborative and vibrant working culture
