Senior Data Platform Engineer - Remote Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Data / Platform Engineer to join their Data & Analytics team. This is not a traditional Azure Data Engineering role. They're looking for someone with genuine, hands-on experience building and managing data platforms, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure, automation, security and reliability.
You'll be working across: Databricks & Azure Synapse Azure platform engineering - ADLS, Key Vault, networking, RBAC & private endpoints Infrastructure as Code - Pulumi, Terraform or Bicep CI/CD - GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps Databricks workspace administration, Unity Catalog & governance Monitoring & observability - Azure Monitor, Log Analytics & KQL Python / PySpark and scalable data pipelines Security, access management, automation and platform operations We're particularly interested in engineers with experience across the broader data platform, rather than those whose background is primarily focused on ADF or Synapse analytics.
