Location: Belfast Base Site: Belfast BT9 7JB Rate: £16.00 per hour Vetting: Access NI Basic Required An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Deployment Engineer to support the Communications Assistance Centre team within Belfast Health & Social Care Trust.
Working on a key healthcare technology programme, you will be responsible for supporting desktop and laptop deployment activities while working alongside an established onsite team. This role is based at Musgrave Park Hospital and candidates must be available to start no later than 14 September due to a planned handover period. Key Responsibilities
- Support end-user desktop and laptop deployment activities.
- Provide technical installation and upgrade support.
- Work closely with the Communications Assistance Centre team.
- Resolve technical issues and provide customer support.
- Ensure activity is completed within agreed SLAs and KPIs. About You You will ideally have:
- Experience within desktop support or deployment engineering.
- Experience installing and configuring end-user devices.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a busy healthcare environment.
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution. What's on Offer?
