What you’ll be doing :In this role, you will support airframe design and development programmes within a collaborative, agile environment. You will be responsible for designing and integrating structures and systems to deliver safe, reliable, and maintainable aircraft using tools such as CATIA V5.

Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will help drive programme delivery while managing your own workload and supporting others. You will engage with key stakeholders across engineering and gain exposure to multiple platforms, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and progress your career.

Core duties:Deliver engineering tasks on time and within budgetEnsure technical quality and compliance with standardsFollow agreed plans, processes, and quality proceduresCollaborate effectively with stakeholdersSupport improvements to engineering tools and processesEssential Skills:Previous experience in Team leader roleEngineering related degree OR HND/HNC combined with experience working ideally within an Airframe related discipline preferably within Design EngineeringAerospace design engineering backgroundProven ability to deliver design tasks to schedule and review standardsThe Design Team:This is a new and growing team.

You will collaborate closely with structures engineers, systems engineers, aerodynamicists, materials and manufacturing specialists, gaining exposure to a variety of airframe design and development programmes, and contributing to innovative, high-integrity design solutions.
