Senior Development Manager Home-Based (West Midlands based) | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Development Manager to lead high-value regeneration projects using a Developer Led Framework across the Midlands and Wales.
This senior role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management and client engagement — advising on procurement strategies and showcasing the value of our framework. You'll work closely with the Development Director and play a key part in driving growth and delivering impactful projects.
Key responsibilities Lead complex development projects from inception to completion. Develop procurement strategies and manage risk and delivery plans. Engage with public and private sector partners to ensure regulatory alignment.
Champion sustainability and social value. Support clients with procurement strategies, tender documents and business cases. Represent the organisation at industry events and maintain client relationships. What we're looking for Proven experience in property development, construction or real estate.
Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills. Knowledge of procurement frameworks and public sector procurement processes. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities.
