I'm working with a well-established multi-disciplinary design consultancy in South West London, who are looking to strengthen their civil engineering team with an experienced Senior Civil Engineer. You'll be responsible for delivering highways and drainage designs across a range of projects, working closely with clients and other design disciplines to develop practical, sustainable and technically robust solutions.
The consultancy works with a number of Tier 1 contractors, delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. Experience within the rail or power/electrical infrastructure sectors would be particularly advantageous.
The role will also give you the opportunity to get involved in client meetings, design coordination, tendering and work-winning activities, as well as supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team. You'll ideally have:Around 5+ years' experience in civil engineering designStrong experience in highways and drainage designConsultancy experienceExperience working on infrastructure projects, ideally within rail or powerA degree in Civil EngineeringChartered or working towards ChartershipExperience with relevant civil design softwareStrong communication and client-facing skillsA full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to sites when requiredThe package includes:25 days' annual leaveHealthcareCritical illness insuranceBonusPensionHybrid workingThis is a great opportunity to join a growing consultancy where you'll work on interesting, high-profile projects while having the opportunity to develop technically and professionally.
