Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage teams of junior engineers and technicians in the execution of electrical engineering projects. Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical design, installation, and testing activities. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project management and team leadership. Proven track record of successfully managing electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
Strong technical proficiency in electrical design principles, codes, and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
