Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Schools contract – Bristol – Up to £42,000 + Vehicle + Package CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract across four sites in Bristol.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This engineer will be working across a nice local patch in Bristol. This position would be ideal for an Electrical Engineer who is keen to progress.

In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £42,000 with a strong route into further career progression. Package & working hours A basic salary of up to £42,000 Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00 Call out 1 in 8 - £75 standby allowance EV Vehicle - Private use available Overtime available Company Pension Scheme Excellent career progression opportunities Key Duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

Hot & cold) Maintain and update Log books Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner. Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.

Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required. Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues. Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.

Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
