Senior Embedded Software Engineer

We're recruiting a Senior Embedded Software Engineer for a specialist technology company developing advanced sensing and measurement systems. This is a senior, hands-on role with significant technical ownership. You'll work on SoC-FPGA platforms, developing the embedded software that sits between ARM processors, FPGA programmable logic and complex measurement systems.
The Role
Embedded Linux development in C/C++ ARM / SoC development Processor-to-FPGA integration AXI, DMA, interrupts and memory-mapped I/O Low-level interfaces and drivers High-speed data acquisition and processing Porting MATLAB/Python algorithms into embedded C/C++ Signal processing and hardware/software co-design
What We're Looking For
Strong commercial experience with: Embedded Linux, ideally PetaLinux or Yocto C/C++ ARM-based embedded systems Low-level hardware/software integration FPGA-connected systems Experience with Zynq UltraScale+, signal processing, device drivers, Edge AI or industrial/test-and-measurement systems would be particularly valuable
