An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious Legal 500 firm as an Employment Solicitor in their highly regarded Employment Law team. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, delivering exceptional legal services to clients across Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including disputes, employment rights, and compliance matters. Manage a varied caseload, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and tribunal hearings, ensuring the best outcomes. Support the development of junior team members through mentorship, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Collaborate closely with colleagues across different practice areas to offer integrated legal solutions that address clients' broader needs.
Skills & Experience Required: Qualified solicitor with approximately 5+ years' PQE in Employment Law, with a proven track record in handling a diverse range of employment cases. Experience representing both employers and employees, with an in-depth understanding of employment law principles and case law.
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with experience managing complex cases effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Ability to manage a busy caseload, delivering quality results under pressure.
A proactive, adaptable approach, with a keen focus on client service and team collaboration.
