This role would suit candidates with experience in a senior engineering role within an automated manufacturing environment. You will need leadership experience and hold a relevant engineering qualification. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency across manufacturing and production operations.
The Senior Engineer Role: · Manage PPM schedules and reactive maintenance *75% people management, 25% hands on Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective measures Support the installation of new equipment Lead lean and CI activities Monitor downtime Lead and mentor multidisciplined team of six, including engineers, technicians and apprentices, offering coaching and guidance The Senior Engineer Candidate: Experience in a senior/lead engineering role Automated production / manufacturing environment – PLCs, robotics, conveyors etc. Knowledge of lean manufacturing Hold an engineering qualification
