There's a little bit more to it in terms of experience so top line info is below; Agency experience delivering events for corporate clients globally Willingness to travel globally A want to be in and around your team and happy to be in the office at least 3 days per week Comfortable being in front of clients and managing the (sometimes) madness that is onsite life Some experience of virtual events would be ideal but not critical I have a detailed spec and can let you in on the agency details if you want to learn more.
