This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take on a senior role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The RoleThis Cheltenham-based position offers exposure to a broad and complex caseload, including: Child Arrangement Orders Divorce and Matrimonial Finance Post-Nuptial Agreements Cohabitation Disputes Private Law Children MattersYou'll be expected to hit the ground running, delivering strategic advice and empathetic support to clients while contributing to the continued growth of the department.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm, mentoring junior team members and helping shape the future of the practice. Candidate Requirements 8-10 years PQE in family law Proven experience managing a varied and complex caseload Strong knowledge of matrimonial finance and private children law Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding serviceWorking ArrangementsThis is a full-time role based in the Cheltenham office, with hybrid working supported.
