Senior Finance Manager (Luxury Retail, Fast Scaling)

Your new company This is a rare opportunity for a commercially mined Senior Finance Manager to become the first dedicated finance hire within a fast-scaling Luxury Retail business. Reporting directly into the leadership team, you will take ownership of building the finance function from the ground up, implementing robust financial processes, controls, systems and reporting infrastructure to support the company's ambitious growth plans.

Operating in a hands-on capacity, you will oversee everything from month-end and cash flow management to budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision support. As the business continues to expand, you will play a key role in shaping the finance function, driving operational efficiencies, and ultimately building and leading a high-performing finance team.
