Job Description Senior Financial Accountant - salary plus bonus This role is predominantly financial accounting led, with management oversight & stakeholder interaction layered on top. It is a great role for someone technical who enjoys pace, real ownership, alongside review responsibility & leading a small team.
The bonus of this newly created role is that it will include management accounting, bringing broader scope to your working day, across the following: Monthly MI and board packs Variance analysis Performance statistics vs benchmarks I’m keen to speak with people who: Are ACA / ACCA / CIMA (part or fully qualified) Have strong technical & statutory financial accounting, balance sheet & income statement reconciliations experience Can deal with internal & external auditors Will ensure accounting standards & controls are correctly applied Technical, regulated accounting Have good VAT returns knowledge (ideally property specific VAT issues) Has some experience supporting or managing others Real Estate / Fund Accounting experience would be a big plus but not essential.
