Role & ResponsibilitiesLead multiple fire engineering projects from early design stages through to construction and completionDevelop fire strategies and detailed engineering solutions to support regulatory compliance and approvalsUndertake fire engineering analysis including CFD modelling and performance based design assessmentsMentor and support junior Fire Engineers to develop technical skills and project understandingAttend internal, client, and design team meetings both remotely and on site when requiredManage project delivery across RIBA stages ensuring quality, programme, and technical accuracyProduce high quality technical reports to support planning submissions and building control approvalContribute to the development and growth of the fire engineering team within the consultancySkills & Experience RequiredDegree in Fire Engineering or closely related engineering disciplineMinimum five years experience within fire engineering consultancy environmentsChartered Engineer status or working towards chartership with relevant professional bodyProven experience delivering fire engineered solutions across UK based building projectsStrong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations, codes, and performance based design approachesExperience in CFD modelling and fire engineering analysis tools used within consultancy practiceExcellent report writing skills with ability to present technical information clearlyStrong leadership and mentoring ability to support team development and project deliverySalary & BenefitsSalary range between 70,000 and 85,000 depending on experience and levelDiscretionary bonus scheme linked to individual and company performance25 days annual leave plus bank holidays with additional birthday leave and Christmas closureHybrid working arrangement with minimum one day per week in the London officeTravel expenses covered for commuting to office and project related site visitsMonthly 50 lunch allowance and additional wellbeing benefits within the office environmentEnhanced family leave policies and structured training and development opportunitiesWho Is This Role Ideal For?
