Senior Graphic Designer - Global Lifestyle Brand London - On-Site £50,000 to £55,000 We're partnering with a globally recognised, culture-led consumer brand to find an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join its growing Creative Team.
This is much more than a traditional design role. You'll operate as the day-to-day creative lead for the design team, sitting between the Creative Director and wider designers to turn ambitious creative concepts into exceptional, commercially effective work.
You'll remain hands-on with design while also mentoring designers, raising creative standards and improving how work moves from brief through to final sign-off.
The role
Lead and elevate design output across digital & print Translate the Creative Director's vision into clear briefs Create high-level design work Mentor and develop junior and midweight designers Provide clear, constructive creative direction Improve creative workflows, reviews and sign-off processes Help evolve brand guidelines and visual systems
Requirements
5+ years' graphic design experience Management / mentoring experience Strong eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling Experience within a fast-paced consumer brand
