This is a full-time, permanent role , working Monday to Friday, 08:00 16:00 , where you'll provide a comprehensive HR service while playing a fundamental role in supporting the delivery of the site People Plan, aligning culture, talent, structure and processes.
Supporting a large and diverse workforce across a 24/7 operation, you'll work closely with site leadership teams to create a high performing, engaged and compliant working environment. What youll do on a typical day: Support and actively drive site culture, working closely with senior leaders and operational teams to enhance the employee experience across all stages of the colleague lifecycle Lead talent, succession planning and performance management activities, supporting development plans, appraisals and the annual performance cycle across the operation Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, redundancy, performance and absence cases, managing more complex matters when required Support managers through coaching, training and development initiatives, helping to build capability and confidence in people management Drive HR projects, engagement initiatives, people analytics and continuous improvement activities while deputising...
