Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and Subject Matter Expertise across SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systemsManage system configuration, security, governance, and complianceLead system support, incident resolution, and service deliveryOversee integrations, data management, and system lifecycle activitiesCollaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partnersDrive continuous improvement, documentation, testing, and knowledge sharingJob

Requirements

Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors and the wider SAP product landscapeExperience configuring, supporting, integrating, and optimising SuccessFactors modulesProven ability to shape system roadmaps and lead design and enhancement initiativesStrong governance, security, and service management knowledgeExcellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication skillsResults-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesEssential

Qualifications
