Senior Information Developer

Overview

In this role you will develop customer-facing content for Arm’s ground-breaking CPU technology, partnering with engineering and marketing to capture and translate complex technical details. You’ll build strong ties with product teams and internal sources to deliver clear, user-focused documentation. You’ll lead and mentor junior team members while promoting best practices across a community of information developers. You will contribute to content strategy that supports product success and user outcomes in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify user needs and adapt content accordingly

Key requirements

• Experienced technical writer with global audience experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical specs/design documents
• Self-starter with good judgment and decision-making
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a team environment
• Flexible, pragmatic problem-solver with creative thinking
• Proficiency with tools such as DITA, HTML, XML, XSLT and ability to learn new ones
