Senior Insolvency Administrator Leeds £32,000 £40,000 + Fully Funded Accountancy Qualifications

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join a rapidly growing and highly ambitious Insolvency & Restructuring practice in Leeds.

The Role You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency assignments, working closely with experienced Managers and Insolvency Practitioners.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of predominantly corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure.

Working across procedures including CVLs, MVLs and Administrations.

Preparing statutory documentation and reports.

Liaising with directors, creditors, employees and other stakeholders.

Investigating company affairs and director conduct where required.

Assisting with asset realisations, creditor claims and case progression.

Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.

Working closely with senior management and Insolvency Practitioners on more complex assignments.

What They Are Looking For The firm is keen to speak with individuals who have:

Previous experience within corporate insolvency.

Experience independently managing their own caseload.

A strong understanding of insolvency legislation and case administration.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

A desire to continue developing technically and progress their career.

Previous experience with IPS would be advantageous but is not essential.
