About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Installation & Maintenance Engineer to lead critical projects in Randburg. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage on-site installation projects from planning to completion. Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance plans. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues with complex machinery and systems.

Mentor and guide junior technicians and installation crews. Collaborate with engineering and operations departments to improve system efficiency and reliability. Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in installation and maintenance engineering, with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity. Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Proven ability to manage projects, resources, and teams effectively.
