Role: Senior IT Technician (Education) Location: Witney Salary: £170PD - £200PD PAYE Profile My client is looking for a Senior IT Technician to support them over the next 5 months with day to day support within an educational environment.
Working within a small team you will be an escalation point to the junior engineer and will need to have experience of working at a 2nd/3rd line level. You will need to have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a customer facing environment.
Required/Desirable Desktop Support Windows enterprise environments Active Directory administration Microsoft 365 support VPN troubleshooting Group server management Analysis network infrastructur Creation of information pack for network infrastructure, servers, inventories and wireless configuration Experience configuring network switched HPE and ArubaIf you feel you have the right skill set and available immediately - please apply ASAP.
