The developer are currently very active in the acquisitions market and are keen to acquire sites in London that will range from 200 – 1000 units.
They are happy to acquire for JV partnerships, private sale and PRS.This Developer is well funded and very keen to make acquisitions. The successful individual will have the following: Experience of buying large sites in LondonUnderstand working with HA JV partnersUnderstand how to put large bids togetherUnderstand true build costsExperience of due diligence on large sitesThe role will suit an ambitious individual who is keen to progress their career to Land Director and has the drive, contacts and processes to compete and beat other developers to large scale acquisitions.
