We are working with a top-tier UK law firm based in Belfast for a Senior Associate to join their Employment team.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a highly ranked employment team, advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment and equality matters for an international client base. The role will involve handling tribunal claims, providing strategic advice, and managing client relationships, while also supporting senior colleagues and mentoring junior members.
The individual will also be willing to contribute to business development. Essential Criteria: 4+ years’ PQE; Strong employment law background; Excellent academics; Commercial awareness; Strong communication skills; Team player; Technically excellent.
