Youll partner closely with senior leaders across the business, playing a key role in supporting growth, value creation and operational excellence. /p p This role is well suited to a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys variety, can operate independently and is comfortable balancing legal risk with business objectives. /p p br /p p strong Our Values /strong /p p Everything we do is guided by five shared commitments: /p ul li strong Value Every Voice /strong – We put people first. /li li strong Act with Integrity /strong – We do whats right. /li li strong Explore Beyond Boundaries /strong – Were driven by curiosity. /li li strong Own the Outcome /strong – We take responsibility. /li li strong Succeed Together /strong – Weve got each others backs. /li /ul p br /p p Were looking for someone who demonstrates these values through their approach to business partnership, decision-making and leadership. /p p br /p p strong What Will You Do? /strong /p ul li Draft, negotiate and manage a broad range of commercial agreements. /li li Support strategic partnerships, procurement, technology and transformation projects. /li li Advise on corporate transactions, restructures and entity rationalisation activities. /li li Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury and Company Secretarial teams on key workstreams. /li li Support Board, shareholder and governance processes across the Group. /li li Manage and protect TTCs global intellectual property portfolio. /li li Advise stakeholders on legal, compliance and risk-related matters. /li li Contribute to policy development and governance frameworks. /li li Manage external legal counsel and legal spend where required. /li li Act as a trusted adviser to business leaders, providing practical and commercially focused advice. /li /ul p br /p p strong About You /strong /p p strong Essential /strong /p ul li Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in the UK, US, Canada, Australia or a European jurisdiction. /li li 8-10 years post-qualification experience gained in private practice, in-house or a combination of both. /li li Strong commercial contracting experience across a broad range of agreements. /li li Experience supporting corporate transactions, restructures or group reorganisation activities. /li li Experience working with multinational organisations across multiple jurisdictions. /li li Strong stakeholder management skills and credibility with senior leaders. /li li Able to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice. /li li Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with a high degree of autonomy. /li /ul p strong Desirable /strong /p ul li Experience within travel, tourism, hospitality or other consumer-facing industries. /li li Exposure to private equity-owned businesses or post-acquisition integration programmes. /li li Additional language skills relevant to TTCs international markets /li /ul p br /p p strong Why Join TTC? /strong /p p Few in-house legal roles offer exposure to this breadth of work within a global organisation.
