Job Description Senior Commercial Manager - M&ELondonPermanent | Salary NegotiableA confidential opportunity has arisen with a well-known and leading M&E Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join its commercial team.
The business delivers major M&E projects across technically demanding sectors, including commercial and critical infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this is a senior position with responsibility for providing commercial leadership across a portfolio of projects and supporting the wider commercial function.
The RoleYou will oversee commercial performance, manage risk and contractual matters, support project teams and provide senior-level commercial guidance across the business. The successful candidate will have strong M&E experience and be comfortable operating at a senior level with clients, subcontractors, project teams and company leadership.
Experience & RequirementsSenior Commercial Manager, Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor experience within M&E / Building Services. Strong commercial and contractual knowledge. Experience managing major M&E projects.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting and developing commercial teams. Excellent understanding of project risk, variations, claims and final accounts. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
