Overview
As a Dynamics Solutions Architect, you will help international clients transform core CRM capabilities using Dynamics 365 and broader Microsoft technology. You will collaborate with SMEs to map goals, design technical roadmaps, and oversee delivery of Dynamics implementations. Your input will shape proposals, thought leadership, and cross-functional delivery in a diverse, inclusive team. Responsibilities
- Discovery: understand client goals and capture functional/non-functional CRM, data/integration, and compliance needs
- Design: translate needs into technical designs and Enterprise CRM roadmap guidance
- Delivery: oversee Dynamics implementations ensuring quality that meets client needs
- Thought leadership: contribute to proposals and market credibility through technical input
- Teamwork: lead and collaborate within an inclusive, diverse team
Key requirements
- Strong Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and how it drives business value
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, M365, Active Directory)
- Ability to lead client workshops and elicit business requirements
- Advanced Dynamics 365 CE/CRM functional certification (e.g., Marketing/Sales/Customer Service) or equivalent
- Experience defining systems strategy, requirements, testing, training, and support for Dynamics solutions
- Excellent technical communication skills for non-technical audiences
- Experience contributing to RFP responses and sales activities
- Relevant Microsoft stack experience as Technical Consultant or Architect
