Overview

In this Senior Manager role, you will oversee a critical AI delivery portfolio for Facultys Professional & Financial Services unit. You’ll be the primary senior contact for clients and internal teams, driving successful delivery, managing commercial viability, and growing the business through proposals and new opportunities. You will mentor cross-functional teams and act as a strategic consultant, applying structured thinking to real-world problems with Applied AI. This is a leadership role in a fast-growing practice that prioritizes responsible AI and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of a project portfolio with quality, timeliness, and margins in mind
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, manage expectations and scope
• Lead effective project meetings and clear communication of purpose to internal teams and clients
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation actions to ensure project success
• Develop compelling proposals and sales pitches to generate new leads and account growth
• Mentor and develop project team members, aligning responsibilities with growth
• Advise clients on AI strategy and solutions, articulating AI value across contexts

Key requirements

• Technology delivery experience from consulting, technology, or data backgrounds
• Ability to build trust with customers and translate technical detail to business challenges
• Structured, analytical thinking with ability to define solutions for workflows
• Experience delivering outcomes using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Comfort working in ambiguity and structuring commercials and pricing
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including account growth and supporting business development
