Overview In this role you will lead Oracle Payables transformations within Finance Transformation, delivering end-to-end P2P solutions for complex programmes. You will guide and grow a high-performing team while partnering with clients to tailor solutions and manage senior stakeholder expectations.
You'll drive value through Oracle ERP implementations, cross-functional design decisions, and emerging AI opportunities to improve automation and decision-making. The role sits at the heart of Deloitte's technology-enabled transformation practice, offering broad impact across industries.
Pay / Benefits hybrid working flexible working policy focus on wellbeing world-class development and training career growth opportunities collaborative culture Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale Oracle projects across planning, execution and monitoring Provide expert functional guidance to clients on P2P solutions Lead a team of high-performing specialists Collaborate with clients to understand needs and tailor solutions Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations Coordinate communications across stakeholders and project teams Contribute to growth and development of the Finance Transformation practice Key requirements Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementations and Finance Transformation programmes with strong P2P leadership (Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Expenses, Payables, Cash Management) Proven track record of end-to-end P2P orchestration across complex transformations Experience leading and developing a team; strong people management skills Deep understanding of end-to-end P2P architecture including data, procurement, supplier contracts, and GL integration Ability to lead complex design decisions and articulate cross-functional implications across Finance, Operations, Tax, Treasury, Data and Technology Client-facing experience with senior stakeholders and relationship-building abilities Solid grasp of Finance process domains and implementation lifecycle & delivery methodologies Awareness of AI and Generative AI in Finance/Procurement with a view to applying AI to drive automation and value Willingness to travel when required
Desirable
industry experience in transport, consumer, utilities or public sector; ability to obtain UK Government SC clearance; Oracle certifications; consulting experience Client-facing Stakeholder management Excellent verbal and written communications Oracle ERP (P2P and related modules) Purchase to Pay processes Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement
