The company prioritises responsible sourcing, environmental impact, and high standards across its supply chain and production. OPPORTUNITY:A hands-on leadership position responsible for end-to-end production, fulfilment, and logistics operations within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
This role oversees daily performance, third-party partners, site standards, and continuous team and business improvement initiatives to ensure operational efficiency, strong margins, and an exceptional customer experience.
The opportunity directly influences operational efficiency, sustainability, team performance, and the company's overall ability to scale successfully; you will be a key & pivotal member of the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational LeadershipOwn production and fulfilment performance across D2C, B2B, Grocery, and Wholesale channelsDeliver OTIF targets while controlling labour and operating costsManage 3PL and manufacturing partners for quality, service, and cost efficiencyLead peak planning, promotions, and operational continuityContinuous ImprovementOptimise processes, SOPs, and reduce wasteImprove packaging efficiency and environmental impactUse KPIs and data to drive root-cause problem solving and cost-to-serve improvementsCustomer ExperienceImprove order accuracy and delivery performanceReduce returns and service contacts through operational improvementsTranslate commercial and customer insights into measurable changeLeadership & GovernanceBuild and develop a high-performing production teamLead Health & Safety, quality compliance, and site standards (including BRCGS)Oversee preventive maintenance to minimise downtimeStrategic ContributionPartner cross-functionally with commercial and production teamsSupport grocery fulfilment and seasonal planningHelp scale operations to support business growthABOUT YOU:Experienced operations leader ideally within FMCGStrong team development and performance management skillsStrategic leader and commercially-minded, considering wider business impactProven experience managing 3PL and third-party manufacturersSolid H&S and quality compliance knowledgeHands-on, pragmatic problem solverOFFERING:Competitive base up to 55k (DOE) + product perksIncredibly supportive and close-knit team consistently cross-collaboratingA true leadership position driving growth, strategy & dominance in the spaceDiscipline(s): Food & DrinkJob type: Permanent
