Senior Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant (Outside IR35 Contract)

Overview

In this role you drive the functional delivery of Oracle PPM Cloud within large-scale transformation programmes for top UK organisations. You will shape the future state of complex project and portfolio management environments by collaborating with clients, programme teams and architects. You’ll lead workshops, translate business needs into scalable cloud solutions, and ensure successful deployments and release cycles. This is an opportunity to influence design and delivery from day one within a respected Oracle practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle PPM Cloud solutions
• Run workshops and engage directly with business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions
• Provide expert guidance across Project Financial Management, Grants Management and Project Execution Management
• Manage configuration, testing and deployment activities
• Support clients through Oracle quarterly release cycles
• Drive best practice, continuous improvement and successful programme outcomes

Key requirements

• In-depth Oracle PPM Cloud implementation experience
• Proven success delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects
• Oracle E-Business Suite Project Accounting experience, including Billing and Costing
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments
