Overview As a Senior OutSystems Developer at Version 1, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications on the OutSystems low-code platform. You'll provide technical leadership, uphold quality standards, and mentor the development team while aligning solutions with business goals.
You'll work closely with stakeholders in an Agile setting to deliver robust software and drive architectural compliance. Pay / Benefits Quarterly profit share scheme Flexible/remote working Pension Private healthcare Life assurance Educational assistance and accreditations Responsibilities Lead the design and development of applications on OutSystems Define and enforce coding standards and development tools Oversee the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and coaching Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs meet business needs and architectural standards Manage team performance, assign work packages, and optimize productivity Conduct root cause analysis, performance tuning, and diagnostics for failures Plan knowledge transfer activities including documentation and technical presentations Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure sprint delivery Key requirements Minimum 5 years' experience as a Developer on large-scale enterprise projects Proven expertise with OutSystems platform development and managing complex systems Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET Experience with MS SQL Server and database design/development Advanced front-end skills (HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, JQuery, Bootstrap) Experience with source control (Team Foundation Server or equivalent) Familiarity with Agile methodologies (sprints, estimation, retrospectives) Collaboration and teamwork Mentoring and coaching Strong communication and stakeholder management OutSystems development C# and .NET Framework ASP.NET
