As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of our customer acquisition strategy. Ready to own acquisition strategy for a fast growing business?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of performance marketing across a multi-channel acquisition portfolio, leading strategy, optimisation and growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, Native, Affiliates and Lead Generation channels.

Working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Data and IT, you'll play a critical role in delivering profitable growth, improving attribution, enhancing customer journeys and maximising marketing ROI. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on channel expertise, working closely with agencies while remaining close to campaign performance, optimisation and commercial outcomes.

Managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable for performance. Driving lead volume, lead quality and conversion performance. Identifying opportunities for growth through testing, optimisation and innovation.

Developing and mentoring a high-performing marketing team. Using data and insight to influence commercial decision-making. We're looking for someone who... Has strong experience within performance marketing and customer acquisition.

Is commercially minded and passionate about delivering measurable growth. Has strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and other digital acquisition channels. Can confidently influence stakeholders and manage agency partners.
