We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative pharmacist to join our clinical pharmacy team to work within the endocrinology multidisciplinary team at Musgrove Park Hospital. Main duties of the jobAs a specialist pharmacist working as an integral member of the endocrinology multidisciplinary team, you'll implement and deliver high quality clinical pharmacy services for patients in Somerset. You will provide a high level of clinical pharmacy care and expertise for endocrine patients treated for a variety of complex medical conditions. You'll develop strong links between the pharmacy service and the endocrinology service, extending the boundaries of professional pharmacy practice, including direct patient monitoring and prescribing of treatments including high-cost agents as agreed.
