What you'll be doing Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & ControlDevelop and maintain detailed project programmes in line with @one Alliance and Anglian Water requirementsLead collaborative digital planning and production meetings to ensure clarity of scope, sequencing and delivery expectationsLiaise closely with delivery teams to ensure consistency in planning methodology and outputsIdentify risks and opportunities, driving mitigation strategies to protect key milestones4D Planning & ReportingDevelop 4D animations and digital rehearsals to support construction planning and executionGather progress updates, analyse impacts on critical paths and key dates, and challenge teams to maintain momentumAttend site regularly to capture accurate programme informationCommunication & QualityClearly communicate programme priorities, critical activities and constraints to project teamsProvide project‐specific planning reports and attend relevant meetings as requiredMaintain high planning standards, ensuring programme integrity and alignment with cost forecastsPromote best practice and continuous improvement across the alliance Who we're looking for What We're Looking ForExtensive experience delivering large‐scale, high‐value civil engineering projects, ideally within the water sectorStrong proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential)Experience using 4D planning tools and techniquesAbility to interpret technical drawings and extract key planning insightsExcellent communication skills, able to present complex information clearly to technical and non‐technical stakeholdersProven ability to work collaboratively within multi‐disciplinary teamsStrong attention to detail and commitment to health and safetyThis is an opportunity to take on a pivotal role within an innovative alliance that is redefining how major infrastructure programmes are delivered.
