Vacancy: Senior Planner Location: Greater Manchester Business area: Bethell Construction Positions: 1 Bethell is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Planner to join our Planning team. This role will be pivotal in supporting the wider business across a diverse portfolio of civil engineering and infrastructure projects .

If you're a natural problem-solver, confident communicator and experienced planner with strong technical capability, we'd love to speak with yo u. What you'll be do ingDeveloping detailed project programmes from first principles using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Proje ct.Supporting tender submissions with accurate, logical and contract-compliant programm es.Tracking, updating and reporting on live project programmes, including EoT and NEC Clause 62 assessmen ts.Working collaboratively with project teams, subcontractors and clients to monitor progress and address risks and opportuniti es.Challenging, advising and guiding internal teams to ensure a shared understanding of programme ownersh ip.Ensuring all programmes reflect safe working practices, sufficient mobilisation time and efficient resource allocati on.Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and contributing to delivery strategi es.

What we're looking for3+ years in a planning role and 10+ years in the civil engineering/construction se ctorCivil Engineering qualifications (HND or similar) and experience in highways, structures or water infrastructure are desir ableStrong experience in P6 and Microsoft Pro jectAbility to interpret drawings/specifications and build accurate progra mmesUnderstanding of NEC contracts, CDM regulations and temporary w orksA proactive, analytical and collaborative appr oachConfident communication skills with clients and collea guesFull UK driving lic ence Why join Bet hell?
